This beautiful and comfortable apartment has an excellent location in one of the most beautiful residential neighborhoods of Medellín (Laureles), with easy access to public transport and a variety of local restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby area.

kitchen fully equipped with a variety of kitchen appliances where meals can be prepared and eaten together at the dining table of the right size, has 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms (2 of them in the larger bedrooms).

All essential elements are provided for a comfortable stay, such as linens, towels, kitchenware, free Wi-Fi and a parking space, as well as flat-screen TVs. However, you can also take advantage of the direct access to two beautiful balconies and laundry area.

Neighborhood

Located in one of the best parts of Medellin, Laureles neighborhood is layer 5.
We have one of the best locations in the sector due to easy access to shops, malls, churches, bakeries, hairdressers, odontologias, spa, banks and restaurants all around us.

Transportation

You can easily walk to restaurants and shops due to its central location but also has easy access to taxis, buses and even bicycles which are right in front and have different stations around the city.

The team at Moblat is committed to provide a memorable experience for all guests. With that goal in mind, we have developed our Terms & Conditions policy, which all guests are expected to follow. Guests who choose not to follow the conditions will be subject to ejection; we reserve the right to request the guest to vacate the apartment immediately without refund.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Non-confirmed guests will not be allowed access to the apartments after 11pm and we operate a strict non party policy.
3. the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Guests are required to keep the apartment, furniture, fittings and effects in the same condition as on arrival. Inventories and condition reports can be provided at the start and end of the stay. If required, at no additional cost. You are required to notify us of any damage, loss or broken items or matters requiring general maintenance. Any damage to the apartment will be charged in full. In the event that these are discovered after departure we will notify you or the booker within 7 days of departure with full details and where possible photographic evidence.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate: available upon request for additional fee
8. Nuisance: Guests are required to behave in a responsible manner, respect the apartment and their fellow guests and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 7am. This includes causing any sort of nuisance or disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behavior towards a member of staff on the phone, in writing or in person. Guests are not permitted to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purposes. An additional charge will be made if the Management team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint. 9. Age Restrictions: In order to ensure our guests enjoy a stay free from disturbance, at Moblat operated apartments, non-corporate bookings may not be accepted from any paying guests under the age of 21. Proof of identification and date of birth may be requested on arrival and if not presented on request, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
10. Cleanliness: We expect the apartments to be left in a reasonable state of cleanliness and order on departure.

DO NOT THROW TRASH OR PAPER TOWELS IN TOILET – if plumber services are needed, you would be held responsible for any fees.

LOCKOUTS AND LOST KEYS -All lockouts are subject to a $30 charge: In case of a Lost or Stolen keys, lock requires to be change and the cost of a lock change is always the responsibility of the guest. Lock changes must be paid in full prior to initiating the lock change

If restoration or unusual cleaning expenses must be incurred by MOBLAT to restore the premises to the condition they were in at the time of the guest occupancy, the amount necessary for said restoration will be charge to the credit card on file for the reservation
